Videos have become a new and amazing tool to market your product nowadays. Keeping this in mind, the social media giant has released a new app called Facebook for Creators, especially for video creators. Interestingly, the app is not made only for the creators and open to be downloaded from anyone.

The app consists various important features such as opening and closing live broadcast and increased interactiveness with the audience by custom live stickers.


The app has gone online to download for iOS on iTunes and the Android version will be available “in coming months”, clarified Facebook. The app is looking more like a revised version of Facebook Mentions, specially made for celebrities, who manage their own Facebook pages.

The Community tab in the app brings all the comments on your videos, not only on Facebook but Facebook-owned Instagram and messages on Facebook Messenger at one place, which is helpful in interacting with the audience more proactively.

The insights section let you track the performance of your videos with the easy and simple interface. Another interesting feature in the new app it also lets you edit and post photos on different platforms, including Facebook. However, there is still no clarity on the availability of Instagram in this feature.


The app is a step forward by Facebook after launching a new web platform (https://www.facebook.com/creators/join) for the video creators. This website, according to Facebook, can help the creators to make amazing video content.
